I'm planning to record my first acoustic demo and I was thinking about new Zoom H1n or Tascam DR05. Which one from here can You recommend?

I need very natural sound.

Quiet in these parts as of late. Did you ever get it done? Posting some results would be awesome. If not, the zooms are fine if limited. You will have to ensure you have a nice sound off the bat. At that point, I personally think the room would be crucial. If you can find a nice sounding hall, that would serve you well. A school gymnasium after hours. Hope it works out for you.
