Hi Margaret
How long time have you had the V-Amp2 ?
If you have any problem/questions about how to use the V-Amp2 I might be able to give you a hint or two. I have been using mine for nearly a year now, and I like a lot for my type of "in studio" playing with backing tracks.

Thanks for the offer of help, Kalle. I've only had the V-amp 2 for a few weeks, but I really like it a lot. It's a complex little piece of equipment, with an almost infinite number of possible sounds. It's the best $100 I've spent in a long time. :D

I suspect that the chrysalitic dntalb has emerged, in all his spendour, as the fluttering Dan T. 8)
I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.

Sorry about holding this one up - I've run into a minor snag as my girlfriend / partner wants to add a piano part to the proceedings. Everything should be done and sent your way this weekend.

Just so I'm straight - two copies, one just my track and the other with the backing track (but started slightly before mine, say 4:00 or even 3:50) sent to Dan's email address, right? And PM me again with the email address, please!

Hope everyone likes it...

Peace

David, you're not holding things up. Dan doesn't have my part yet, either. Also hoping to have it to him by this weekend. I seem to be hitting some technical snags to add to my excitement. :?

David, thats about right, here is a quick reference.
http://guitarnoise.com/forums/viewtopic ... highlight=
Don't worry to much if you are not able to do it this way its just a guide, its not written in stone. The Idea is that your solo should line up with the host track automatically but the host can line it up manually if needed. thats why we get the solo with the backing track.
BTW thats really cool that your girlfriend is adding some piano 8) I cant wait to hear this :D --the dog

Got the PM and thanks (again) for the references. We also managed to somehow carve out some spare time this evening so I may all this to you before the weekend. That would be nice.

Got to get some sleep and then do some mixing. I think it'd be better in that order, at least...

Peace

I just sent my part to Dan, so if he finds that it's all in order, then we're good.
