Anyway, the band were called "Boys named Sue"...and they were absolutely BRILLIANT!!!! We've been out almost every night, seen a lot of bands....but they win hands down, best we've seen so far....
They are a country band....how many C&W bands d'you know who'll play a bit of classical music? (Not sure, but it sounded like Hall of the mountain King)....and then throw in a bit of surf music?
Guys, you were absolutely brilliant....best night out we've had since we've been here....
And the huge guy in the cowboy hat....the bouncer...definitely gets the award for "Coolest Bouncer of the year" award ....absolutely the coolest bouncer in the history of the world, EVER!!!!
We had a fabulous night....finger snappin' toe tappin' fun from the minute they got on stage.....
I bought a CD, they all signed it for us, I think it may just get on the "Favourites" list....hah, I know it's going to be there for a long time to come....
I love to see a band enjoy themselves on stage, these guys had so much fun, really enjoyed what they played....and that came across to the audience.....
I repeat, fabulous night out, great band, great bar, cool bouncer, fab bar staff....what else do you need!!!!!
