Indeed I do. I don't know whether there's just more soul in modern rock or if classic rock had a different type of soul, but to me modern rock outclasses classic rock 99% of the time.Rotten wrote:Modern rock lack the soul that classic rock has. Disagree?

However, the last sentence confused me - are you saying that classic rock is respectable and emotional and serious whereas modern rock is not? Although the arguement over wether sappy somgs which have a powerful effect are respectable or not is another issue requiring another thread.
