There are several versions of "Here I Am" at Ultimate Guitar dot com.
"Be good at what you can do" - Fingerbanger
"I have always felt that it is better to do what is beautiful than what is 'right'" - Eliot Fisk

I think this kind of thing is best..... because you can hear and see it at the same time - guitar pro - tux guitar - power tab etc... that stuff is best for learning.

You could also search youtube for people performing it on acoustic guitar

If you listen to this its a strumming version of the song - try to get the gist if you still can't PM me and I will send you a basic pattern to use I tried writing it in this message box BUT it came out all scrambled so you wouldn't know exactly where to go up or down.

Hey......

I tried PMing you the strumming - came out looking like nonsense once I sent it so sorry about that.

I recommend trying to learn a song on gutiarnoise that has strumming written out for you, learn a few and once your confident with how to strum do something that will free you forever from asking other people for help - try work it out by ear. I hope you don't think that's mean, I tried to write the pattern out for you and really - if you can work it out for yourself you will be much more independent as a player.

Thinking of patterns in terms of the beats being played (as opposed to thinking of them as "ups and downs") will help you be able to play any pattern you can listen to. This article may help:

Welcome to Guitar Noise, by the way. Looking forward to seeing you around on the Forums.
