I got about halfway through and then stalled out. So I set it aside for a bit.
This is the first one I've done and I think I'm too self conscious.
I'm hoping to get back to it this coming week.
Will keep you posted.

Thanks for the update Don. I know where you're coming from. When I first started soloing, I was very self-conscious too. Best thing to do is try to relax and just play what you feel, and have fun.

Not much to do this afternoon since a big thunder storm rolled in, so as promised I finished my part today.

So, how's everyone else doing? The jam's been going for awhile now, and I'd like to get updates to make sure no one has forgotten about it.

Lol, I'm plugging away, Dan.
If I could play what I hear in my head you'd have it tomorrow but...I'd guess I'm maybe 2 weeks away.

Haven't heard from jwmartin, scrybe, or smokindog in awhile. How are you all coming along?

My bad! Sorry Dan. Interface turned up, had some problems getting it to be recognised by the computer consistently (nothing like "losing" the interface halfway through a good improv to kill a vibe...) but should have something for you very soon. I promise!

Thanks for the update Sara. I've made a few changes to the teams, (see below), but you still have the same spot you did before. Since I've not gotten any updates from jwmartin, and he seems to be M.I.A. around these parts as of late, Vic Lewis has graciously agreed to jump in and take his spot, and since I know Vic can kick out a jam in record time, he is going to finish up team 1 so we at least get one of these jams finished before summer ends!
I know boxboy is still working on his, and gnease said he was working on it as well. Haven't heard a thing from smokindog lately.

Well, even though his work started to pick up, and then he came down with a bout of the flu, Mr. Lewis still got his part finished in under two weeks!
I'll start working on the mix now, so hopefully we'll have a completed
Summertime Blues Jam by the end of the weekend.
