Celebration Jam

Post by nroberts » July 11th, 2005, 8:12 pm

Just made my second degree this weekend. Putting on a jam to celebrate. Five openings. Jazzy blues. 24 bars each...it comes pretty close to ending on the minute so I will forego trying to figure that all out.

Now, I don't want to throw another curse in here but I'll take number three. I suppose.

Well, I guess I do. If the last two had said they wanted the spot then there wouldn't be, but they seem to have left it rather open ended. So whoever grabs it gets it....otherwise we will be waiting forever to be sure if it is full or not.

The only one that has picked his spot so far has been Huseph. I'll grab #4 then to further along the establishment of a lignup.

Okay -- I'll lead off (#1). What's your preferred submission format, Noah? Just your counting at the beginning and the solo (no other backing)?

Low quality (64 bit or less) mp3 of just your section with the BT. High quality mp3 (128 bit) of just you from the beginning of the track, with the first couple of seconds of the BT only included for lignup purposes.

I want it. I'll see about getting headphones so that my track will just have my playing on it.

Final lineup:

1 - gnease
2 - smokindog
3 - hueseph
4 - nroberts
5 - taso

And thanks for the congrat.

No big hurry but try to get it done as soon as you can get to it and make something you like. I am kind of hoping my new guitar arrives before final mix.
