Minor sus2 chords

I'm trying to learn the Strawbs song Hero and Heroine and the tab I've found calls for a couple of minor sus2 chords, namely Dmsus2 and Amsus2. The online chord finders I've found show those in their major forms but not minor ones (at least as far as I can figure). So, I have two questions, I suppos...

Changing strings on an electric

I have heard that the tension of the strings on an acoustic is important for keeping the neck properly adjusted. So, I've been told not to remove all the strings at once when changing them. Is there any truth to this? And if so, does it apply to electrics as well in general? Fender Strats in particu...

Re: School of Rock (not the movie)

Well, since this is likely to go no where anyway, here it goes. For me personally the word school has no negative connotations. I did quite well in school and enjoyed it very much. I wish I were still there. But, to the point, I suspect that, given the generally negative connotations of the word sch...

School of Rock (not the movie)

Anyone have any experience with Paul Green's School of Rock? http://www.schoolofrock.com/index.php

They are starting a program for adults in my area and I'm seriously considering it. Thanks.

I can't find a clip of this ad anywhere, so can't help. There are a number of banjo players from the UK over at http://www.banjohangout.org. You'd have a good chance of getting responses there.

Hehe, yeah, recordings tend to be brutally honest. :D But on the other hand, nothing allows you to pinpoint weaknesses as good as recording yourself and listening back. If you've got the gear, make a habbit of recording yourself once every week. Yes, I hope I will. Has also given me an idea of what...

I have done these things. Purchased a microphone, downloaded audacity, and registered with dmusic (although they haven't sent me a confirmation email, something that usually happens quickly, and this is preventing me from logging on.) I say this not because anyone is dying to hear me play, but havi...

The cheapest setup is: pc microphone (yes, the junky little one that came with your computer), audacity (free software for recording), and a free account at dmusic to host your song files. :) I have done these things. Purchased a microphone, downloaded audacity, and registered with dmusic (although...

No, of course, I've got it backwards. (I was looking at my right hand while working out the fingering while typing. :( ) But you get the point. All down at once or walking? :) So it starts: index finger 1st fret 1st string, middle finger 2nd fret 2nd string, ring finger 3rd fret 3rd string, pinky 4t...
