Good rewrite. Your elimination of the "Martin" verse was a good self edit. In retrospect it didn't fit. Nice work.

HI John, Nice to see you on the forum again. I really like this. Great descriptive verses and a nice story twist in the end. Well . . .. . I certainly didn't see that coming. I think the chorus is pretty clear that it IS the little things that count . . . . that little things can offset the bad . . . . . . . I guess it's point of view. And your suggestion does clear that up . . . I, obviously, didn't think it was pessimis...
