It sounds low fi. Which is fine if that's what you want. My only suggestion would be to invest in the recording equipment. I, personally, would love to hear your tunes higher fi.
Maybe you already have the stuff and this is just a scratch track idk. either way, nice tune man!

Re: Strumming without snoring
Solid advice from Alan.
Personally, transcribing rhythms helped me progress the fastest in that regard.

I haven't used those. I like schaller because if the moving parts fail the guitar still won't fall. Even tho, I have yet to have the moving parts fail yet.

changed my mind. and right within your budget. I'd get a Sennheiser e835 and an SM57.

Re: Guitar bridge lifted up
great post note boat!! I loved the idea of reshaping the bridge instead of forcing the top into place. Forced wood never lasts... there's a "that's what she said" joke in there somewhere. Also, I've never used anything but titebond and back in the day even elmer's. Good to know gorilla expands! I le...

Re: Question on practicing guitar
Really need the inspiration at times. Though I accept that in order to get better I need to practice. Focus on where you want to go and not where you're at right now. I like jordan belfort for this. PM me and i'll shoot you a link I use with all my students. many encourage in the middle of the neck...

Re: which reverb?
Take your whole rig to the music store. I'm not a fan of the center, but they have the widest selection. Try all the pedals and decide which one you like the best. Try not to use anything of theirs other than the reverb pedals including cables, guitars etc. Don't be afraid to try pedals out of your ...

What you're about to do is like open heart surgery for a guitar. If you miss the EXACT spot where it used to be your guitar will never play in tune.
May the odds be ever in your favor lol

Re: Floyd Rose tremolo raised
you've changed guage of strings. I would guess the strings were set up for 9's and you went to 10's. basically you need to put on the correct guage of strings.
Were you happy with the original guage of strings?

Re: Guitar has no volume! Volume pot or jack socket?
def not the jack. 99% sure that's the pot.
JSYK you should have your pots up all the way all the time anyway. It gives the amp the full signal so the amp can process your signal correctly.
IMO leave it unless something causes no sound.
